- Hourly pay rate: $20/hour with extra pay for weekend shifts
- Live-In pay rate: $1,400/week (7-day week at $200/day)
- $100 Referral Bonus: A home health aide employee who refers another Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) will receive a $100 referral bonus
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- 3-hour minimum shifts
- Long-term CHHA assignments, short-term, and/or fill-in shifts are regularly available
- Flexible schedules: Hourly daytime assignments available on an ongoing basis
- Rewarding and fulfilling one-on-one care with clients
- Earned NJ Sick Leave pay up to 40 hours/year
- Holiday pay (if working on a holiday)
- Mileage reimbursement when driving clients in your own vehicle
- We’re searching for the best hourly and live-in Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) caregivers to provide personal care for clients in clients' homes.
- Our hourly home health aides appreciate the flexibility of working as little as they’d like or as much as possible depending on their availability and on our clients' needs. Because client and caregiver schedules vary, we cannot guarantee full-time assignments for hourly employees. We offer premium pay for weekend shifts.
- Our live-in caregivers should be hard-working, respectful, patient, and good-natured. Live-in caregivers who drive are preferred.
- Valid CHHA Certified Home Health Aide license in New Jersey
- Must have CURRENT: TB Screening—Negative results with 1-step PPD or Chest X-ray or Bloodwork
- Physical Exam Report & MMR Immunization Records—Self-Assessment to be completed during hiring process
- 2 work references are required
- Reliable—consistently on-time and with no last-minute call outs
- Pleasant, kind, helpful, positive personality
- Caregivers must speak and understand English very well
- Clean background check
- Hourly Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) caregiver employees MUST have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Live-in employees who have a driver’s license are highly preferred
- Live-in caregivers must have prior Live-in caregiver experience with a home care company
- Live in CHHAs must be able to live and work in a client's home 7 days per week with no time off for the first 30 days
- Female Client in Princeton: Monday and Friday 9am-3pm
- Female Client in Hamilton: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am to 5pm
- Male Client in Moorestown: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 11am to 2pm
- Female Client in Columbus: Saturday and Sunday 10am-2pm
- Male Client in Cinnaminson: Tuesday-Friday 12pm-5pm
