Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage caregiver and clients shift schedules
- Perform caregiver orientations
- Perform meet and greets with clients and their caregivers
- Perform personal interviews
- Evaluate employee performance
- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to incoming emails
- Enjoy supportive management team that will be there for YOU!
Ideal candidates have:
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience using an electronic scheduling system
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, personal and soft skills.
- Ability to multitask and re-prioritize
- Ability to recognize and understand quality service
- Ability to calmly evaluate escalated staffing situation
- Ability to appropriately deal with a variety of personalities
- Willingness to do on call support after hours
- Willingness to take a pre-employment background check
- Caregiver experience
