Role Description
- The Scheduler role at Visiting Angels is a full-time Mon-Friday 8AM-4PM on-site position located in Milwaukee, WI. The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules, managing client appointments, and promptly addressing any scheduling changes or issues. Duties also include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with client care plans, communicating effectively with both caregivers and clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients and team members. Scheduler will be responsible for to be on-call every second week for after-hours support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate schedules with caregivers and clients effectively.
- Proven ability in time management, organization, and problem-solving to handle scheduling changes and maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software, maintaining electronic records, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic Math Skills (preferred)
- Previous experience in the healthcare (CNA) or home care industry is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site and provide reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee, WI office.
