Role Description
We are looking full-time, part-time and live-in compassionate caregivers. We have two offices: one in Liberty Lake, WA and one in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing personal care, and offering companionship. Daily tasks include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. The Home Health Aide will also be responsible for monitoring patient condition, noting any changes, and providing timely updates to healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications
- Skills in Home Care and providing Personal Care
- Experience with Activities of Daily Living and Patient Care
- Excellent Communication skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in elderly or dementia care is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid driver's license and insurance
