What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a comfortable home
- Support clients with daily activities and personal needs
- Follow each client’s care plan and report changes in their condition to the office
- Help clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence
- At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- Previous CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred
- A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping seniors
- A recent, accepted TB test
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for positions where these are required
- $15–$20 per hour, with the final pay rate determined at orientation
- Live-in caregiving opportunities
- Flexible scheduling, based on case availability
- Biweekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement, when applicable
- Shift differentials for weekends, couples cases, and Angel Calls, when applicable
