What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home tidy
- Help with errands and transportation when needed
- Follow care plans and communicate important updates to the office
- A minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, PCA, or home care experience preferred
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance for applicable positions
- A recent, accepted TB test
- A compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- $15–$20 per hour (final pay rate determined at orientation)
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
