Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients in the Columbus, OH area. The ideal candidate will have experience in home caregiving and a genuine passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-home caregiving or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
