The Client Care Manager (CCM) is responsible for coordinating services between clients and caregivers in Brentwood, TN, while ensuring the highest quality of care to meet clients' needs. The CCM will manage caregivers in their designated area with full support from the Visiting Angels Administrative Team based in our Brentwood, TN office.
**Principal Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate dependability and integrity in all job aspects. - Maintain timely documentation of daily events, perform data entry for schedules, and ensure client care information is up to date. - Timely document and file all relevant case information. - Market services to appropriate facilities and programs within the community to uphold a positive business reputation, conducting consistent marketing visits throughout the month. - Participate in evaluations of caregiver staff. - Recognize and reward exceptional job performance, promoting caregiver recognition. - Maintain professional relationships with clients and employees while ensuring confidentiality for both. - Foster positive relationships with all clients and referral sources. - Respond to and resolve any client or caregiver complaints, incidents, or concerns. - Communicate and refer relevant matters to the Director.
