This is a full-time salaried leadership role focused on client satisfaction, caregiver support, operational oversight, scheduling coordination, and service excellence in a fast-paced home care environment.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee client care and caregiver performance
✔ Conduct client and caregiver supervisory visits
✔ Resolve scheduling gaps and service concerns
✔ Collaborate with HR, Billing, and Leadership
✔ Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and continuity of care
✔ Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities
✔ Support and mentor caregivers while delivering exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Home Care experience required
- Scheduling experience required
- Leadership/Supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Home Care scheduling software preferred
Schedule:
🕣 Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
📞 Rotating On-Call Responsibilities Required
Salary: $41,600 per year
