Full-time Maternity Home Manager Wanted
Our organization is looking for a caring and competent woman to help pregnant women acquire the skills needed to finish their education, find a job and develop parenting skills. Duties include ensuring an orderly residence by mediating conflicts, providing corrective feedback, and assigning chores to residents and volunteers. The Manager coaches women through the various phases of the program, incorporating volunteers to provide mentoring and required training to the residents; participating in interviews for potential new residents. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, self-directed and independent, and continually demonstrate strong character as a positive role model for women. High School diploma, proficient in basic computer technology, experience in supervisory role, valid FL driver license, able to pass a background check and drug test and become CPR certified. College/bilingual a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
