What are the responsibilities and job description for the Website and Communications Coordinator position at Visitation Academy?
Position Overview:
Visitation Academy seeks an energetic and creative professional to join its Marketing and Communications team as a Website and Communications Coordinator. The ideal candidate would possess adequate knowledge of website functionality to effectively maintain the content and appearance of Visitation Academy’s Blackbaud websites and manage issues as they arise. Additionally, this person would support and execute components of the school’s communications plan. While specific Blackbaud experience is not necessary, the ability to apply other experience to utilize this platform and troubleshoot issues successfully is a requirement.
This position involves generating new web pages, updating existing content and images, producing email communications, including a weekly newsletter, managing distribution lists, correcting functionality issues, developing and implementing keyword strategies, search engine optimization, analytics reporting, and maintaining the school app.
