What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Administrator position at Visit Tampa Bay?
Responsibilities
- Provide management and administration of company CRM system.
- Serve as the primary administrator of CRM system to include assigning access and security roles, technology support, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization.
- Manage implementation projects, ongoing end-user training, workflows, and SOPs to ensure security and usability.
- Report writing for the development of customized internal reports.
- Develop reports in MS Power BI platform and Visual Studio.
- Develop SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data extraction. Create DBs and tables to ensure proper data warehousing for stored and real-time reporting, including job scheduling and alerting.
- Perform complex data analysis for an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs.
- Create and conduct data validation methods to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and communicate issues and risks in a timely manner for management decision making.
- Contribute to planning and estimating reporting solution components.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to achieve overall organizational goals.
- Perform closing procedures for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to stakeholders.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Information Systems from an accredited college or university
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Self-starter who will establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work on-site at our Tampa office 5 days/week
