Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all event details, shipping materials, and staffing for each event. Be our onsite event coordinator for engaging, team-building social impact activities.
- Join virtual planning meetings ahead of each event with all parties : corporate partner, nonprofit partner, Visit.org event host, and coordinators.
- Take ownership of in-person events : set up, align with the onsite team, tear down, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Represent Visit.org and problem-solve at events.
- Align roles and responsibilities with the onsite team, including event host and nonprofit organization.
- Manage check-in process for in-person events; provide a warm welcome to guests.
- Problem-solve issues such as missing supplies and technology challenges.
- Escalate issues to the Events Team when necessary.
- Send updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team throughout the event.
- Assist with breakdown after the event ends, cleaning the site and repackaging materials.
