Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
- Responsible for setup, service of the bar, and storage areas.
- Anticipate guests’ needs by answering questions pertaining to wine, liquor, and cocktail menus.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters, floors, refrigerators, and removal of trash.
- Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and other beverages.
- Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and breakdown of the bar area.
- Assist with the inventory process on a monthly basis.
- Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.
- Maintain a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Restock the bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.
- Assist the manager with liquor pick-ups as well as the ordering process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Post-Employment: RAMP certification
- Abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
