This role is for someone who is energized by building a healthy, high-performing sales team where talented, independent advisors can grow, stay aligned, and perform at a high level. With the right person in this seat, the department becomes more structured, more accountable, and better positioned to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role brings greater accountability, production, and consistency to the advisory team of our lean, growth-oriented financial advisory firm:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a growing team of advisors / producers across varying levels of tenure, experience, and production
  • Increase advisor production through clear expectations, regular coaching, and consistent accountability
  • Drive revenue growth by improving business development habits, opportunity management, and client follow-up across books of business
  • Establish and strengthen KPIs, scorecards, and visibility around advisor activity, pipeline health, client touchpoints, and production
  • Reinforce high standards of excellence across advisor responsiveness, follow-through, business development, and client stewardship
  • Lead advisor meetings, one-on-ones, and performance conversations that drive clarity and accountability
  • Strengthen CRM use and pipeline management so advisor activity, follow-through, and growth opportunities are easier to track and convert
  • Coach advisors toward stronger alignment with the firm’s expectations, sales discipline, and growth standards
  • Support the onboarding, development, and integration of new and acquired advisors
  • Partner with Marketing to improve results from campaigns, events, referral opportunities, and other growth initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to improve execution around advisor-related commitments and support a consistent client experience
  • Surface production gaps, growth opportunities, and execution risks early
  • Help build a more structured, scalable advisory function with stronger rhythms, clearer standards, and greater production consistency
  • Translate leadership expectations into clear priorities, actions, and accountability

 

** This role is full-time, onsite role based in Colorado Springs, CO **

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3 years of sales leadership experience in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment
  • Direct personal selling experience in a role accountable for pipeline activity, client relationship management, and sales results
  • Experience leading, developing, and growing a sales team of approximately 5–15 producers, sellers, or other revenue-generating individual contributors
  • Experience managing or supporting a high-touch book of business with hundreds of active client relationships
  • Experience scaling processes, tools, team structure, and talent in a growing company
  • Tech savvy, including CRM, Excel, and related sales tools

Preferred

  • Experience leading independent advisors, agents, or other autonomous revenue producers
  • Experience in companies with aggressive growth goals, including 10x or exponential growth
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, founder-led, or small business
  • Experience leading a remote or distributed sales team
  • Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, insurance, banking, mortgage, annuities, asset management, or similar financial services
  • Familiarity with EOS, Pinnacle, or similar operating system

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 performance-based bonus opportunities
