·         3 years of hardware and software patch management using MECM and Dell Client System Inventory Agent

·         2 years of Microsoft PowerShell

·         1 year of Microsoft Active Directory

·         1 year of Microsoft DNS

·         1 year of Microsoft DHCP scopes

·         1 year of Microsoft Sites and Services

·         Associate’s degree or higher
