Role Summary:
Seeking a senior SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale, global SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role requires proven expertise in managing full lifecycle S/4HANA programs, driving cross-functional teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery. This position plays a key role in enterprise digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (planning to hypercare).
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
- Manage global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Track progress, risks, and deliverables using JIRA.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure budget control, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of SAP experience with strong functional background.
- Multiple full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience (mandatory).
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PRINCE2 or SAP PM certification preferred.
Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour
