Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a tax preparer required
- Strong understanding of individual tax returns and related schedules
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- EA (Enrolled Agent) certification is a plus
- Prepare and review individual income tax returns (primarily Form 1040)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
