This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking shift in cataract care, in a high-growth company that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.Job SummaryVisionLOCK is seeking highly motivated, medically oriented Optometrists to serve as Certified Adjusting Doctors for the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL). This part-time role is ideal for skilled professionals interested in collaborating with leading cataract surgeons while helping patients achieve exceptional vision through postoperative light treatment adjustments.As a Certified Adjusting Doctor, you will be responsible for delivering precise, individualized UV light treatments that fine-tune the patient’s vision following LAL implantation. Your role will be critical in helping patients achieve personalized visual outcomes based on their preferences and lifestyle needs.This part-time role is approximately one and a half to two days per week (depending on market needs), with the opportunity for additional days as determined by demand and interest.
