What You'll Do
You'll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:
- Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing
- Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake
- Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow
What We're Looking For

- Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
