ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ASSOCIATES
Experts of customer service, who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring the product is displayed, explained and quoted fully and correctly. The Customer Associate is the backbone of our company and is the first contact customers have and responsible for creating a smooth process.
We believe our team members should have meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, a career we want them to achieve when they want. These roles can provide you with the:
- Knowledge of customer service fundamentals and experience supporting a team of associates
- Experience in business fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on all goals

- Learn and adapt and pivot to situations that may arise.
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes

- Accurately handle payment options and correctly fill out paperwork
- Lift up to 15lbs at a time
- Quote prices and terms to customers.
- Attend training meetings
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
