Job Description

The position is flexible and only requires work when necessary, with a range of hours from 0 to 20 per week.

• Manage projects from inception, working with all team members, to ensure that projects are delivered in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
• Establish the project plan, scope, schedule, and management of resource allocation.
• Maintain proactive communication between stakeholders, including the client, management, and team members.
• Create and maintain detailed and accurate task lists, timelines, deliverables, and milestones for each project inside of task management software.
• Service and maintain business relationships with existing customers to maintain and grow existing business and generate new business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an innate problem solver, can anticipate issues before they arise, be a team player, and have a strict eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic is needed.

• 5 years’ demonstrated professional experience of either supporting or managing digital projects, such as producing websites and online campaigns.
• Customer service focused with the ability to proactively offer new solutions in anticipation of clients’ changing needs.
• Able to work productively from home.
• Understanding of the web agency landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Well-versed at using modern work management and collaboration tools, preferably Asana.
• A track record of conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate project issues/risks and clearly communicate resolutions to the internal team including the Senior Managers to deliver to the client.
• Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of needs, and schedules, providing creative solutions for challenging situations.
• Collaborative, customer focused, motivated, and energetic with ability to delegate effectively and motivate teams.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 per hour

• 1099 contract
