Job description
Are you a driven law student looking to gain valuable experience in administrative law? Visionary Solutions is seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Part-time Law Student Clerk.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support casework
- Monitor and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
- Manage and organize client information
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from J.D. program required
- Familiarity with Virginia administrative law and/or disability law a plus
- Good research and writing skills
Work Schedule:
- Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours (7-15 hours per week over 4-6 months)
- Maintain open communication by providing daily work updates
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay connected and informed
