About the Position
Visionary Property Management is seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Construction & Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We manage residential investment properties throughout Western New York and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can complete a variety of residential renovation and maintenance projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring
- Prepare, patch, and paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Install interior and exterior doors
- Install and replace windows
- Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, and faucets
- Install bathroom vanities, toilets, and shower surrounds
- Replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches, and smoke detectors
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements
- Perform minor drywall installation, finishing, and repairs
- Install trim, baseboards, and molding
- Complete punch-list items for rental turnovers
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate project progress with management
- Identify additional repairs needed during projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential construction or remodeling experience
- Experience completing full property rehabs preferred
- Strong knowledge of general carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall, and fixture installation
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Own basic hand tools (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
