About the Role:
Our team is an authorized retailer, is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our in-store sales team. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our clients, helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs in retail locations. This is an in-store position focused on direct customer interaction and product sales. Travel to different retail locations may be required.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers in a retail environment and assess their wireless needs
- Sell AT&T wireless plans, phones, and accessories
- Provide product education and explain current promotions
- Process new accounts, upgrades, and service changes using AT&T systems
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness and accurate inventory
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience with every interaction
Who You Are:
- Strong communicator with a friendly, confident personality
- Sales-driven with a passion for helping people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail setting
- Able to stand for extended periods and work retail hours (including weekends)
- Prior sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not required
