We are seeking a .NET Application Support Developer to provide 24/7 operational support for critical applications within a customer R&D lab environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in .NET application development and production support, with strong troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot .NET-based applications running in a production and lab environment.
- Analyze application logs and system events to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis for application failures and performance issues.
- Debug .NET applications and coordinate fixes with development teams.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, and environment validations.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
- Participate in shift-based support coverage to ensure 24/7 operational availability.
- Escalate critical issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain system health and proactively identify potential issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2β4 years of experience in .NET application development and/or support.
- Strong knowledge of:

- Experience with application debugging and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of log analysis and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts supporting a 24/7 environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting applications in R&D or laboratory environments.
- Knowledge of IIS administration and application hosting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, or AppDynamics.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
