Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in AWS Cloud to lead complex cloud initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful, high-quality delivery for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on understanding of AWS services, cloud migration, DevOps processes, and project governance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud initiatives across multiple teams.
• Work closely with AWS architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, sprint management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage delivery timelines, scope, resources, budgets, and reporting.
• Oversee AWS cloud migration, modernization, or cloud-native development efforts.
• Implement and enforce delivery best practices, security compliance, and cloud governance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and status updates.
• Ensure stable execution across DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), infrastructure automation, and cloud operations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and support cloud strategy alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 13 years of IT experience, with 5 years as Delivery Manager
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, VPC, etc.).
• Proven track record delivering cloud migration, re-architecture, or cloud-native projects.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud security.
• Experience leading large technical teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services, banking, or enterprise-level cloud programs.
• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with API integration, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
