Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coaching: Mentor and coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to drive team maturity.
- Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove blockers to support timely project delivery.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on team performance.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align team efforts with project goals.
Required Skills
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Technical familiarity with database querying/programming.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Prior experience with government or ERP projects.
