• Capital Markets/Back office testing
• Lead Data validation strategy and execution for regulatory programs (Basel 3, BCBS 239, Dodd-Frank)
• validation of data lake ingestion, Transformation, and consumption layers, ensuring alignment with data governance
• Programming in Python
• working with developing test automation scripts for post-trade Fixed Income Capital Markets data lineage

Location: Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (Local only, 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

• Lead data validation strategy for regulatory programs (Basel III, BCBS 239, Dodd-Frank).
• Validate data lake ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers with alignment to data governance & reporting.
• Design and build automated data validation frameworks, lineage validation, and dashboard monitoring.
• Develop automation scripts in Python/SQL for post-trade Fixed Income & Capital Markets data lineage.
• Collaborate with dev teams, manage test plans, automation, and CI/CD integration.
• Work with Big Data ecosystems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation).

Qualifications:

• 10 years QA/SDET experience, strong Python/Java & SQL coding skills.
• Capital Markets / Fixed Income back-office testing expertise.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, metadata, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication & long project tenures required.
