- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting production issues and driving timely resolution.
