What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Intern - Customer Service position at VISIONARY COMMUNICATIONS LLC?
We are seeking a Customer Serivce Representative to work in our Casper, WY or Gillette, WY or Sheridan, WY location. This position will work June 1 - August 21, 2026
Primary responsibilities are:
Serves existing customers with account changes, move of services, upgrades payments, etc. via walk-in or telephone
- Focus on building personal relationships with customers to help with customer retention
- Work in a phone queue exclusively for existing customers
- Route customers to correct department, or person for assistance via telephone transfer or providing directions for in-person customers.
Requirements:
Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
Must have computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Documents.
- A strong sense of urgency and time organization is must
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
This position is onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
Job Type: Full-time Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person (Casper, Gillette or Sheridan)
