Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment by performing comprehensive cleaning and custodial tasks. As a Cleaning Subcontractor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness using professional cleaning techniques, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and providing excellent service to our clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a positive impression for visitors, staff, and residents alike. This a very laid back job work is finshed before 5 hours but you just need to remain in the store for the full 5 hours. It is 7 days a week please make sure you are okay with this before applying. After 90 days payment will expected to grow to $3500 per month.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial space, including floors, breakroom, and restrooms.
- Operate floor scrubber for 1.5 hours cleaning each aisle of store.
- Handle chemical agents following safety protocols to ensure proper sanitation without hazards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation procedures, and proper chemical handling safety protocols.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery including floor buffers and other custodial equipment confidently.
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
