Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for communication materials, taking projects seamlessly from initial concept through final delivery.
- Manage design iterations within established brand guidelines, design systems, and core principles to ensure visual alignment.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional Product and Engineering partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Optimize workflows and team processes to drive efficiency and collaboration within a balanced product team.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential execution risks and insights to leadership, focusing on maintaining brand consistency and user experience.
- Champion and uphold established design directions, standards, and principles across all projects.
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the internal design system.

Required Skills
- 4 years of Communication Design experience, with a strong focus on information hierarchy, accessibility, and exceptional visual/written detail.
- 2 years of UX Design experience, specifically in information architecture, messaging flows, prototyping, and design systems.
- Exceptional written English skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex ideas, perform rigorous content QA, and write clear, concise copy.
- Expertise in Figma or comparable industry-standard interface design software.
- Proficiency with Dyspatch or equivalent email template management platforms.
- Strong understanding of email client rendering engines and their impact on responsive design.
- Strong collaboration skills to align messaging across Product, Engineering, and business partners.
