Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR support to leaders and staff; analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decisions and evaluate initiatives.
- Manage enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries; communicate perks and support salary and benefits processes.
- Address policy and workplace concerns; support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Support recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding, including orientation and cultural integration.
- Support training programs on compliance, behavior, and skills; help assess needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Assist with performance best practices and assist with tracking.
- Drive engagement, team-building, wellness, and recognition programs; support retention through feedback and surveys.
- Ensure policy compliance, maintain accurate records, manage leaves and compensation issues, and report on HR metrics.

Required Skills
- 2 years of HR experience
- Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP)
- Familiarity with ATS, payroll, and timekeeping software
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- HR certifications
- Knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices
