Position Overview
We are seeking an individual who prefers and genuinely enjoys overnight work, remains alert throughout the entire shift, and performs consistently during non-traditional hours. Overnight monitoring requires focus, discipline, and dependability — this is not a position for someone simply looking to “try” night shift.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Is reliable and punctual for every assigned shift
- Is alert and able to stay focused overnight
- Has strong attention to detail
- Works well in a small team environment (teams of up to 4)
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is comfortable speaking on the phone
- Has basic computer knowledge
- Has reliable transportation
- Maintains a professional demeanor at all times
Security or surveillance experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly
- Ability to write detailed incident reports
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods (up to 8 hours with frequent breaks)
- Valid bank account (direct deposit required)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor multiple security camera feeds across various client locations
- Differentiate and manage activity across numerous screens
- Complete detailed digital reports
- Contact customers and/or law enforcement during suspicious activity
- Communicate with on-site security guards and track their hours
- Greet visitors via intercom, verify credentials, and remotely control gates
- Track vendors and visitor activity
Schedule:
1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Part-Time | 16 - 24 hours per week or Full-Time | 32–40 hours per week
