What your day will look like
No two shifts are the same, but you'll usually be:
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome as they come through the door.
- Helping shoppers find what they need and answering questions about products.
- Ringing up purchases quickly and accurately at the till.
- Handling cash, card, and mobile payments with care and confidence.
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds smoothly and with a smile.
- Restocking shelves, tidying displays, and keeping the store looking its best.
- Sharing the occasional deal or add-on so customers get the most out of their visit.
- Counting your drawer and keeping your totals spot-on at the start and end of each shift.
- Working with a close-knit team to keep queues moving and customers happy.
