Position Description
No Experience Necessary Class A Drivers - Recent Graduates.
Training Provided
- Paid on‑the‑job training with an experienced trainer.
- On boarding Period—4 to 6 weeks.
- Guaranteed Pay During Training--- $650 per week.
- Step‑by‑step on boarding to build confidence and skill.
- Supportive driver managers available 24/7.
Pay & Home Time
Competitive starting pay for new CDL A Drivers.
- Earning per week: $ 1,200 to $ 1,400.
- Weekly pay with direct deposit.
- Home time (Over-the-Road) : 2 Weeks out (OTR) and 2 days home with your family.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer.
- Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries.
- Follow all D.O.T regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch.
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen.
- Clean M.V.R. and background (carrier‑specific standards apply).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
