Position Description
New Student Graduates Welcome.
We are seeking motivated new CDL A graduates ready to launch their trucking careers with a company that provides structure, support, and real growth opportunities.
This entry‑level role is designed for drivers with no experience or limited experience, offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a safe, confident, and successful professional driver.
- Paid on‑the‑job training with an experienced mentor.
- Training Duration: 4 to 6 weeks.
- Training Pay: $650 per week.
Training Completion
- Earning per week: $ 1,200 to $ 1,400.
- Driving position: (Over-the-Road): 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family.
- Weekly Miles: (2500~3000).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer, including Dry Van loads, in a safe and professional manner.
- Follow all D.O.T regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Complete on‑time pickups and deliveries as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections daily.
- Represent the company with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements
