Position: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Brea, CA

We're seeking a highly responsible, high-energy Warehouse Distribution Specialist to oversee the core operations of our distribution center. This role involves managing the daily picking, packing, and inventory control processes while leading a team of temporary associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Manage, train, and supervise a team of 15 temporary workers to ensure accurate and timely completion of the picking and packing processes.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues (e.g., system errors, process bottlenecks) and resolving them quickly to maintain workflow.
• Inventory Control: Perform regular and accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory integrity.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to improve warehouse processes, demonstrating an efficiency-minded approach.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a warehouse specialist or similar role in warehouse distribution
• Must demonstrate high ownership of all duties and maintain a very responsible approach to the role.
• Impeccable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
• Exceptional detail orientation is essential for inventory accuracy and process supervision.
• Technical Skills: Must be proficient with computers and capable of quickly learning and operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Must be highly organized and maintain a high-energy presence on the floor.

Pay

• Salary $55k to $65K
