General Labor – Organic Waste Operations (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Ontario, CA
Pay $17.00/hr
Shift 1st and 2nd Shift
Full Time | Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring hardworking, safety-conscious General Laborers to support daily operations at an industry-leading organic waste management company in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate power wash hose to deep clean recycling bins and equipment
- Sort, separate, and de-package organic recyclable materials
- Break down packaging materials and scan inbound items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow safety regulations and team protocols at all times
Position Requirements
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Comfortable in smelly and fast-paced work environments
- Dependable team player with a willingness to learn new processes
- Must wear rubber steel-toe shoes on site
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
- Participation in E-Verify is required
- Previous experience working in waste management or recycle yards highly preferred.
Shift & Availability
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Must be able to work overtime & weekends
