General Labor – Organic Waste Operations (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay $17.00/hr

Shift 1st and 2nd Shift

Full Time | Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring hardworking, safety-conscious General Laborers to support daily operations at an industry-leading organic waste management company in Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate power wash hose to deep clean recycling bins and equipment
• Sort, separate, and de-package organic recyclable materials
• Break down packaging materials and scan inbound items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow safety regulations and team protocols at all times

Position Requirements

• Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable in smelly and fast-paced work environments
• Dependable team player with a willingness to learn new processes
• Must wear rubber steel-toe shoes on site
• Able to pass drug screen and background check
• Participation in E-Verify is required
• Previous experience working in waste management or recycle yards highly preferred.

Shift & Availability

• 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Must be able to work overtime & weekends
