Visions Staffing is seeking a Data Entry/Receptionist to provide administrative support for a well established company in Montebello. This person will be handling front office duties, manage data entry tasks and assist with purchase order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, assist visitors, vendors and customers
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and company systems
- Assist in preparing reports, labels and production documents
- Enter invoices into systems
- Read and interpret purchase orders to ensure all required documents (part numbers, materials, due dates, etc. )
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 Am - 4:30 PM
Pay rate is $24.00/hr
