We’re hiring handson, reliable General Laborers for a food upcycling plant. This role is outdoors, physical, and fastpaced — perfect for someone who likes staying busy and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
What You’ll Do:
Work around industrial grinders & support machine operation
Maintain water levels, monitor flow, clear blockages
Perform general labor & warehouse tasks (break down boxes, organize, clean)
Troubleshoot machines to ensure no food is stuck
Keep work zones clean, safe, and running smoothly
Environment:
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Smelly, wet, industrial environment
Must be comfortable with physical labor and PPE
What We’re Looking For:
2 years manufacturing, waste management, and or recycling experience
Mechanically inclined, quick learner
Can work outdoors daily
Reliable, safetyminded, teamoriented
