KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist patients with contact lens selection, fitting, and training.
- Educate patients on proper contact lens care, handling, and hygiene.
- Verify and process contact lens prescriptions with accuracy.
- Maintain inventory and manage orders for contact lenses and supplies.
- Troubleshoot patient concerns regarding comfort, vision, and lens wear.
- Coordinate with optometrists and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Document patient interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and insurance verification.
- Stay updated on the latest contact lens technologies and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Experience in optical or healthcare settings (REQUIRED).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contact lens types, brands, and fitting procedures.
