Bilingual Clinical Technician (English/Spanish) to join our private practice eye care team at Community Eye Clinic of Eyecare Associates. This role is essential in providing an excellent patient experience by supporting the doctor through accurate pre-testing, patient history, and clinical workflow. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Required Hours: Monday 12:45pm-5:30pm, Wednesday 12:45pm-5:30pm, Thursday 12:45pm-5:30pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm
- Pay starts at $17
- No weekends
Clinical Technician required skills & qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish required
- Experience as a medical assistant, ophthalmic/optometric technician, or clinical assistant preferred, willing to train the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills and comfort able working directly with patients, and kids
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment
- Comfortable using computers, EHR systems, and diagnostic equipment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must
