Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document test cases, test plans, and procedures in an agile environment
- Design and execute software tests to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepare and validate test data; analyze test results for accuracy and quality
- Perform various testing types including System, Integration, Security, Performance, UAT, and Data Conversion
- Conduct database testing using SQL queries and validate data across systems
- Review data flow across multiple systems and analyze defect resolutions
- Support test automation frameworks and assist with data setup
- Deliver training materials and documentation aligned with DoIT standards
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards
- Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in software testing and requirement analysis
- 5 years of experience creating test cases, scripts, and working with SQL
- Strong experience with MS Office tools
- Experience with manual and automated testing, including accessibility (508 compliance), performance, regression, and integration testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience triaging defects, change requests, and incidents across the SDLC
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting MSDE or similar government agencies
- Experience testing technologies such as Java, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, JMeter, and GitHub
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
