Payroll & HR Administrator – Shared Services


Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-Site)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to support payroll, labor compliance, and human resources functions across multiple affiliated companies. This position serves as the primary payroll and HR resource for employees and requires a highly organized professional who can work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.


Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for 100 employees across multiple companies and entities.
  • Administer Nevada and California payrolls.
  • Process union payrolls and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
  • Review timecards, overtime, paid leave, and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare Certified Payroll Reports and support OCIP/CCIP reporting.
  • Maintain payroll records and assist with audits and compliance reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related employee questions.
  • Support onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR functions.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of payroll administration experience required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, professional certifications, and relevant payroll experience will be considered.
  • Experience with multi-company and multi-state payroll processing required.
  • Union payroll experience required.
  • Certified Payroll and OCIP/CCIP reporting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience processing payroll for 100 employees preferred.
  • Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems such as Paychex, ADP, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
  • Sign industry, construction, manufacturing, or skilled-trades experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional payroll certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) are a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines are essential.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
