Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with intake if required.

- Assist with the management of medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling retail sales.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care in optometry and vision therapy services.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or a healthcare office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with optical procedures and optometry or ophthalmology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and retail math.
- Experience with EMR systems, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in clinic environments or retail sales is beneficial.
