Job Description
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Summary
The Vecna Bot Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders using the Vecna robotic picking system in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role works closely with warehouse automation technology to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate order fulfillment while meeting productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and process customer orders following system and robotic instructions
Work efficiently alongside Vecna bots and automated warehouse technology
Verify SKU numbers, product quantities, and item conditions to ensure order accuracy
Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support staging, replenishment, and general warehouse operations as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
Previous warehouse, picking, or manual labor experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and automated warehouse systems
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Additional Information
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by the company
Relaxed dress code; employees should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for warehouse work
OT opportunities available based on business needs
Employees may become eligible for production bonuses after 90 days, based on performance and productivity
