POSITION SUMMARY

Vision Quest Logistics is hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator to support operations at a high-volume, DHL-managed Henkel distribution center in Louisville, Kentucky.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting pay: $17.75 per hour
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM3:30 PM
• Fulltime position with Vision Quest Logistics
• Consistent overtime opportunities available
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Paid training

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate a standup reach truck
• Store and retrieve inventory from highrack locations
• Move, stack, and organize products efficiently
• Load and unload shipments accurately
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain system accuracy
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report concerns
• Support picking, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all OSHA, client, and warehouse safety requirements
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain warehouse flow

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least one year of warehouse or distribution experience
• Previous standup reach truck experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current forklift certification
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Experience operating pallet jacks or sitdown forklifts
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse duties safely
