Schedule: Full time and part time or intermittent schedules may be available, final schedule to be confirmed
JOB DESCRIPTION
Vision Quest Solutions is recruiting Optometrists to support Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Arizona, with an anticipated start date of November 2, 2026.
The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye examinations and primary eye care, prescribe corrective lenses and medications within clinical privileges, manage referrals, perform permitted minor ocular procedures, and complete patient documentation.
This is an on site position. Candidates interested in Hopi, Fort Yuma, or both locations are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Current, active professional optometry license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to complete IHS credentialing, security, and onboarding requirements
